The port circuit is used for enabling current channels between the first matching circuit and the second matching circuit to be connected under first predetermined condition, or is electrically connected with an external circuit under second predetermined condition, so that the integrated output parameters composed by the power amplifier, the first matching circuit, the external circuit and the second matching circuit can be adjusted together by employing the external circuit, the first matching circuit and the second matching circuit. The mobile terminal, the antenna device and the radio frequency front end transmission device have relatively high adaptability to external loads of different parameters, so that the problems of conduction stray and radiation stray can be effectively improved.
