Abstract

The invention discloses a bumper resin transfer molding process which comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning a mold surface and coating a release agent; (2) paving a fiber cloth layer in the mold; (3) paving a vacuum spiral pipe along an edge of the mold and paving vacuum bags at a glue injecting port, a glue overflowing port and a resin runner; (4) connecting and sealing the glue overflowing port with a vacuum pump, closing the glue injecting port and starting to vacuumize; (5) when the vacuum degree is above 0.09MPa, starting to inject glue from the glue injecting port, regulating the vacuum degree to -0.05MPa after the glue injection is completed, and keeping pressure till gelling; and (6) de-molding and then curing the obtained bumper for 6-12 hours at 80-100 DEG C.
