The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding trehalose, glycerin, butanediol, propylene glycol, ethanol, denatonium benzoate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polydimethylsiloxane, potassium sorbate, sorbic acid, ethylhexyl glycerin, hyaluronic acid, polyethylene glycol-8, glycerin glucoside, ascorbyl phosphatidic acid and a solvent into a container, heating to 90 DEG C, and dissolving while stirring; preserving heat for 10 min, and cooling to 42 DEG C; adding honeysuckle distillate, L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, L-hydroxyproline and perfume, and stirring for 3-10min; adding citric acid to adjust the pH; standing, defoaming, cooling to room temperature, and filling to obtain the finished product.
