The safety monitoring system comprises a bacterium sensing detection device and a data receiving device; wherein the bacterium sensing detection device comprises a handle, a sensing shell and a data probe; an electric conduction material through hole is formed in the inner cavity of the sensing shell; two ends of the electric conduction material through hole are provided with data transmission guiding components; the bacterium sensing detection device is electrically connected with a frequency radio tag; and the frequency radio tag transmits data to a data automatic analysis device and a reader-writer; the data are converted through a text and image conversion device; and by means of a network layer, texts and images are transmitted to the data receiving device.
