The apparatus comprises pressure regulation elements and vacuum generators, wherein a pipeline of an outlet of each vacuum generator is provided with a feedback loop, each feedback loop feeds fluid pressure of the outlet of the corresponding vacuum generator back to the corresponding pressure regulation element, and each feedback loop controls the corresponding pressure regulation element; and each vacuum generator comprises a supply port, the outlet and an absorption port, the output end of each pressure regulation element communicates with the supply port of the corresponding vacuum generator through the pipeline, the outlet of each vacuum generator communicates with the corresponding pressure regulation element through the corresponding feedback loop, and each absorption port communicates with a fluid source.
