Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for arthroscopically measuring an intra-articular structure. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining a target image with an arthroscope reaching inside a joint when triggering operation on image shooting is detected, wherein the target image comprises an intra-articular lesion or defect site and a measuring scale which is arranged nearby the intra-articular lesion or defect site; displaying the target image; calculating a display scale of the target image according to an pixel distance indicated in the target image with the measuring scale and an actual distance indicated with the measuring scale; determining a contour line of the intra-articular lesion or defect site according to point tracing operation on the profile of the intra-articular lesion or defect site; calculating the actual distance between any two points on the contour line of the intra-articular lesion or defect site and/or the area of the intra-articular lesion or defect site according to the contour line of the intra-articular lesion or defect site and the display scale. For a joint injury in an irregular shape, the method enables a graft to be matched with the joint injury accurately.
