Abstract

The invention relates to a method of quickly testing terminal injection currents of all cables in a cable bundle. A vector network analyzer and a current probe are used for carrying out sweep frequency measurement at two positions of each cable in the cable bundle to obtain two groups of voltage reflection coefficients of each cable; a characteristic impedance matrix of the cable bundle and a voltage change rate of the current probe are calculated respectively, and two input impedance matrixes corresponding to each sweep frequency point at the two groups of positions on the cable bundle are calculated; inductive voltage vectors and voltage transmission matrixes of all the cables in the cable bundle at current injection points and an endpoint voltage vector of the cable bundle are calculated, and impedance at two endpoints of each cable is used for calculating current values on all the frequency points of each cable. The test efficiency of the terminal currents of the cables in an electromagnetic compatibility conducted susceptibility test can be remarkably improved, the injection currents at the terminal positions of each cable in the cable bundle are determined quickly, and the rectification efficiency of an electromagnetic compatibility fault of an electronic system is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electromagnetic compatibility testing, in particular to a method for quickly testing terminal injection current of each cable in a cable bundle. Background technique [0002] There are often a large number of interconnecting cables inside the electronic system, and external interference energy is coupled to the equipment connected to the cable through the cable, which is an important cause of system sensitivity. In order to measure the conduction sensitivity of the equipment connected to the cable in the system, many electromagnetic compatibility standards stipulate the test method for the conduction sensitivity of the cable bundle (power line). For example, the CS114 (4kHz~400MHz cable bundle injection conduction sensitivity) test in GJB151B-2013, the test configuration is as follows figure 1 as shown. figure 1 In the test, the device under test A and the device under test B are connected by a cable bu...
