The bag opening mechanism comprises a positioning rubbing rod and a movable rubbing rod, wherein working surfaces of the positioning rubbing rod and the movable rubbing rod are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a self-sealing packaging bag, and at least one elastic anti-slipping layer is formed in each working surface relative to the self-sealing packaging bag; one end of the movable rubbing rod is hinged to a movable end of an air cylinder; the middle part of the movable rubbing rod is movably mounted in a guide groove through a guide device; and the shape of the guide groove is matched with the movement track of the movable rubbing rod, so that the working surface of the movable rubbing rod acts according to the shape of the guide groove when the air cylinder acts.
