Problems solved by technology

Traditional evaluation methods for water quality compliance mainly include single-factor evaluation methods. [1] , fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method [2] Among them, the single-factor evaluation method believes that the most serious over-standard factor plays a decisive role in the entire evaluation result, while ignoring the influence of other factors, which has a certain one-sidedness; the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method fully considers the influence of each factor on the comprehensive evaluation result. However, there are still problems such as inaccurate judgment interval of membership function and single expression of evaluation results, which cannot comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of regional water resources protection and directly guide the work of regional water environment governance

Embodiment 1

[0080] In 2011, the Haihe Water Conservancy Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources arranged 14 monitoring points for water function areas such as Lightning River Reservoir and Zhenglan Banner in Luanhe River, such as figure 1 shown. For convenience of description, figure 1 P 1 ,P 2 ,...,P 14 express. In this paper, 14 monitoring points of water function areas in the main stream of Luan River are taken as the research object, and the water quality of Luan River water function areas in 2011 is evaluated. Refer to "Technical Specifications for Water Function Zoning Division" [4] , the water quality requirements of the water function zones at each monitoring point of the Luan River are listed in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for evaluating water quality in a water functional area based on a fuzzy identification index. The method comprises the following steps of: counting and screening out water quality evaluation factors by use of a box plot; establishing an improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation model; determining an improved six-order membership function on the basis of a trapezoid function, and calculating the membership degree of the water-quality evaluation factors for each evaluation order to obtain a fuzzy relation matrix and a fuzzy synthetic evaluation result, and determining a water quality classification; and displaying a water quality evaluation result by use of the fuzzy identification index. The method can not only improves the precision of water quality evaluation but also makes the evaluation result simple and intuitive and makes the conveyed information rich and can provide technological and theoretical supports for further promotion of water environment pollution improvement work.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method, more specifically, relates to a water quality evaluation method of a water function zone based on a fuzzy identification index. Background technique [0002] The evaluation of water quality compliance in water function areas is an important basis for analyzing and calculating the pollution-carrying capacity of water bodies, proposing plans for controlling the total amount of water body pollution in different planning levels, strengthening the management of water function areas and ensuring the sustainable use of water resources. In order to make a reasonable evaluation of the water quality of the water function zone, the selected evaluation method of water quality compliance should not only accurately reflect the actual pollution situation, but also the evaluation results should be simple and intuitive, and include basic information such as water quality category, water quality compliance status, and major pollutants. ...
