Abstract

The invention discloses a control optimization method for a wind power-thermal power-stored power combined frequency modulation system. The method comprises the steps of (S1) building a thermal power unit frequency modulation response model and a power storage system frequency modulation response model participating in frequency modulation, and analyzing and determining the frequency modulation characteristics of a frequency modulation thermal power unit and a power storage system in the system; (S2) carrying out spectrum analysis on output power of a wind power plant and controlling stored power-assisted thermal power participating in the frequency modulation; (S3) building a fuzzy PI control strategy of taking a control deviation ACE of two regional systems and the variation thereof as control inputs; and (S4) building a control strategy of the wind power-thermal power-stored power combined frequency modulation system on the basis of a control strategy of the stored power-assisted thermal power participating in the frequency modulation and the fuzzy PI control strategy. Meanwhile, the invention discloses the wind power-thermal power-stored power combined frequency modulation system, so that coordinated operation of the thermal power and the stored power can be ensured; an analysis basis and a calculation basis are provided for operation control of a wind power-thermal power-stored power system; and the control strategy for coordinated operation of the stored power and the thermal power unit is designed.
