The invention relates to an electronic atomizing device control circuit and an electronic atomizing device; the electronic atomizing device control circuit comprises a microprocessor, a power module and a charging interface, wherein the charging interface is connected with the power module and used for connecting with an external charger to charge the power module; the power module is connected with the microprocessor so as to provide power for the microprocessor; the electronic atomizing device control circuit also comprises a reset circuit connected between the charging interface and the microprocessor; when the charging interface is connected with the external charger to charge the power module, the reset circuit is used for forming a reset signal according to a charging signal obtained from the charging interface and sending the reset signal to the microprocessor, thus allowing the microprocessor to reset; when the microprocessor has fake-dead phenomenon caused by low voltage of the power module in the electronic atomizing device, the electronic atomizing device control circuit can connect the charger with the charging interface so as to power up the reset circuit; the reset circuit obtains the charging signal and outputs the reset signal to the microprocessor, thus allowing the microprocessor to automatically reset.
