rehabilitation prescriptions to patients with
stable angina pectoris. The method includes: acquiring original patient medical data from at least one external subsystem via an asynchronous parallel interface; determining snapshot information of the patient's status under various predefined cardiac
rehabilitation rules based on the original patient medical data; correcting at least one of the
exercise prescription parameters,
medication prescription parameters, nutritional prescription parameters, psychological prescription parameters, and
smoking cessation prescription parameters in the corresponding
rehabilitation prescription based on the snapshot information of the patient's status, thereby determining rehabilitation prescription information; predicting the correction scheme and
resource scheduling scheme for rehabilitation activities against preset long-term goals in the corresponding event nodes based on the original
patient data and rehabilitation prescription information, thereby determining correction prescription information and
resource scheduling prescription information; and pushing the rehabilitation prescription information, correction prescription information, and
resource scheduling prescription information to multiple terminals for visual display.
