The carrier wave signal transmitting terminal is connected to a primary side of the transmitting terminal inductance coupler. A secondary side of the transmitting terminal inductance coupler is connected to a primary side of the receiving terminal inductance coupler through a power line. A secondary side of the receiving terminal inductance coupler is connected to the carrier wave signal receiving terminal. Compared to the prior art, the circuit possesses advantages that a coupling effect is good, the circuit is not influenced by a power line load fluctuation and so on.
