Abstract

The invention discloses a diesel driven screw type air compressor control screen. The diesel driven screw type air compressor control screen comprises a screw type air compressor driven by a diesel engine to rotate. An inlet of the screw type air compressor is provided with an air inlet valve, and an outlet of the screw type air compressor is connected with an air tank. An electronic control unit (ECU) is arranged on the diesel engine. An electric controller is in communication connection with the ECU through a CAN bus, reads the rotating speed of the diesel engine through the ECU and sends a diesel engine rotating speed control command to the ECU, and the electric controller sends a signal to an air inlet valve drive plate so as to control the opening degree of the air inlet valve. When the air pressure in the air tank exceeds an air pressure set value, the electric controller preferentially reduces the rotating speed of the diesel engine through the ECU, and if the air pressure in the air tank is still higher than the air pressure set value at the idling speed, the electric controller reduces the opening degree of the air inlet valve through the air inlet valve drive plate.
