The tested shock absorber is provided with an accelerometer through which motion acceleration in a compressed process and a restoring process of the tested shock absorber can be detected. The accelerometer is connected with the evaluation system. After the evaluation system acquires an acceleration signal, the evaluation system performs the following processing: (1) performing Fourier transform of a vibration signal; (2), obtaining an average weighted acceleration; and (3), obtaining feeling evaluation of the shock absorber to human body comfort through the average weighted acceleration.
