Abstract

The invention discloses an animation processing method and device. The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining sequence frames of an animation to be played in an SVG format; dividing animation objects included in various frames of images in the sequence frames into multiple items of animation elements; obtaining a bitmap image of each item of animation element as an element bitmap corresponding to the item of animation element; according to the animation element included in each frame of image and an animation parameter of the included animation element in the frame of image, generating an animation description file including the animation attribute, the animation elements included in various frames of images and the animation parameters of the included animation elements in various frames of images; and determining that the animation description file and the element bitmaps corresponding to various items of animation elements are used as an animation source file of the animation to be played. By means of the invention, the animation source file having relatively small space occupation can be obtained; and furthermore, the animation source file is processed, so that consumption of a processor and a memory can be effectively reduced while animation playing is realized rapidly.
