Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of ultrasonic vibration and mechanical engineering, and relates to a dismounting device for an interference-fit part on a shaft. The dismounting device comprises a press machine (1) and an ultrasonic generator (5), wherein the press machine (1) is a mechanical press machine provided with a lifting rack (1a). The dismounting device is characterized by further comprising a clamping and connecting mechanism (2), a sleeve connecting mechanism (3) and a vibrator (4). By means of the provided dismounting device for the interference-fit part on the shaft, the pressure value required during disintegrating is effectively decreased, and damage to the contact surface of the part is reduced; and the working efficiency and the operation safety are improved, and the labor intensity is relieved.
