Abstract

The invention relates to a control method for preventing a heat exchanger in an indoor unit of a radiation type air conditioner from being frosted. The control method comprises the steps: a, keeping the operating frequency of a compressor invariable; b, detecting the surface temperature of the heat exchanger of the indoor unit of the radiation type air conditioner in real time; and c, adjusting the openness of an electronic expansion valve in the radiation type air conditioner in real time according to the detection result, wherein the surface temperature of the heat exchanger is constantly higher than the ice point temperature. According to the control method, the operating frequency of the compressor is kept stable, so that the temperature of indoor air is not affected; on the premise that the compressor operates in the stable frequency, the surface temperature of the heat exchanger in the indoor unit is adjusted by changing the openness of an electronic expansion valve. Experimental detection verifies that with adoption of the method, the surface temperature of the heat exchanger is constantly higher than the ice point temperature, so that the phenomenon that the heat exchanger in the indoor unit is frosted is effectively prevented, the heat exchanger is better prevented from being damaged, the service life of the indoor unit is prolonged, and the applicability is better.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of radiant air conditioners, and in particular relates to a control method for preventing frosting of heat exchangers in indoor units of radiant air conditioners. Background technique [0002] During the cooling process of the air conditioner in summer, when the cooling temperature is too low, it is easy to cause frost and ice on the heat exchanger in the indoor unit, causing damage to the heat exchanger. Ordinary air-conditioning evaporators are small and concentrated, and the evaporation temperature of the heat exchanger is relatively uniform under the action of the fan. By detecting the temperature of the coil and adjusting the frequency of the compressor, the purpose of preventing the heat exchanger from frosting and freezing can be achieved; but This control method is only suitable for traditional air conditioners with a wide operating frequency range; it is not suitable for radiant air conditioners, ma...
