According to the system, a differential module acquires reference coordinates and positioning data, and calculates differential corrected data according to the reference coordinates and the positioning data; a first controller controls a first data transmission radio module to broadcast the differential corrected data, and controls a first wireless network module to send the differential corrected data to a server; a flight controller receives, by a second data transmission radio module, the differential corrected data broadcast by a mobile reference station, or sends, by a second wireless network module, a receiving request to the server and receives the differential corrected data broadcast by the mobile reference station from the server according to the receiving request; and the flight controller calculates position coordinates of the unmanned aerial vehicle according to the differential corrected data and positioning information output by a positioning module.
