Abstract

The invention provides a control method of a refrigerating and freezing device. The control method comprises the following steps: starting up an air pump, enabling the air pump to run for a first preset time, and then stopping to enable the concentration of nitrogen in a controlled atmosphere fresh-keeping space to reach a preset concentration threshold value; detecting whether the controlled atmosphere fresh-keeping space is opened and then closed or not: if yes, judging whether the stop duration of the air pump exceeds a second preset time; and if the stop duration of the air pump exceeds the second preset time, controlling the air pump to start after the controlled atmosphere fresh-keeping space is closed for a third preset time, enabling the air pump to continually run for the first preset time, and then stopping. Opening of the controlled atmosphere fresh-keeping space can result in leakage of nitrogen in the controlled atmosphere fresh-keeping space, and consequently, the concentration of nitrogen is reduced. Therefore, the air pump needs to re-pump to enable the concentration of nitrogen in the controlled atmosphere fresh-keeping space to be maintained within a concentration range favorable for food fresh-keeping, and a nitrogen-rich and oxygen-poor fresh-keeping atmosphere is continually provided for food.
