Abstract

The invention discloses high-performance compound-color color paste for a pultrusion technology and a preparation method thereof. The compound-color color paste is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of toner, 10 to 1000 parts of carrier resin, 1 to 50 parts of wetting dispersant, 0.5 to 20 parts of functional agent A and 0.1 to 10 parts of functional agent B. The preparation method comprises the steps of respectively mixing two kinds or more than two kinds of toner with the carrier resin and the wetting dispersant and evenly stirring; then respectively pouring into a three-roller grinding machine to be ground until required fineness is achieved and obtaining single-color color paste; mixing all the single-color color paste, then adding the functional agent A and the functional agent B, evenly stirring and matching color until chromatic aberration meets a requirement. The compound-color color paste disclosed by the invention has good evenness and good resin compatibility, has no skinning, solidification, sedimentation or toner agglomeration in a storage process, has no surface dyeing dim phenomenon in a pultrusion process and can meet related requirements of the pultrusion technology.
