The method comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring a plurality of groups of background spectrum data by adopting spectrum measurement equipment; (2) deleting average of the acquired background spectrum data, to obtain the spectrum noise data of the spectrum measurement equipment; and (3) performing validity judgement to the target spectrum data by utilizing the acquired spectrum noise data, and dividing the judged valid target spectrum data and the background spectrum data, to obtain ratio spectrum representing the spectrum difference. The system comprises a data acquisition unit, a spectrum noise data calculation unit, a target spectrum data validity judgment unit and a ratio spectrum calculation unit, which are connected sequentially. The quantity gain relationship of the spectrum data can be reflected by the ratio spectrum; the noise or target spectrum data seriously affected by noise interference can be rejected through performing validity judgment to the target spectrum data, and the calculation of the ratio spectrum can be conducted according to the judged valid target spectrum data, so that the accuracy is increased, and the target precision recognition is facilitated.
