Embodiment Construction

[0031] Below in conjunction with specific embodiment, further illustrate the present invention. It should be understood that these examples are only used to illustrate the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In addition, it should be understood that after reading the teachings of the present invention, those skilled in the art can make various changes or modifications to the present invention, and these equivalent forms also fall within the scope defined by the appended claims of the present application.

[0032] The distribution of elongation at break and strength at break of wool fiber is an important part of its tensile properties, which is related to the smoothness of the textile processing process and the mechanical properties of the final product. The invention can quickly and accurately measure the breaking elongation distribution and strength distribution of the wool bundle fiber by analyzing the bundle fiber breaking aco...

Abstract

The invention provides a wood bundle fiber elongation distribution and break strength distribution testing method based on the principle of acoustic emission. A bundle fiber strength tester, a single fiber strength tester, a computer with an acoustic card and two microphones of same specification are used, both the bundle fiber strength tester and the single fiber strength tester provide constant speed elongation, the microphones are fixed to the bundle fiber strength tester and the single fiber strength tester and are L mm away from bundle fibers or a single fiber under tension. The method according to the invention has the advantage that elongation distribution and break strength distribution of each single fiber are measured accurately during bundle fiber tensioning based on acoustic emission measurement technique.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for testing the distribution of elongation at break and the distribution of break strength of wool bundle fibers based on the principle of acoustic emission. Background technique [0002] Since the tensile properties of natural fibers such as wool and cotton vary greatly among single fibers, many single fibers need to be measured in actual evaluation to obtain the average performance value of a representative fiber sample. The existing technology cannot measure the distribution of the strength of a single fiber when the wool bundle fiber is stretched and broken, and the distribution of the elongation at break of a single fiber is only a theoretical assumption and cannot be measured. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to realize the accurate measurement of the distribution of elongation at break and the distribution of breaking strength of a single fiber when a bundle of fibers ...
