Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1) through an interpolation algorithm, converting sampling frequency of analog quantity in an original waveform file COMTRADE1 into sampling frequency required by an IED and generating a new waveform file COMTRADE2; 2) carrying out channel association; 3) calculating sampling values and generating SV frames; 4) for each SV frame, calculating ideal sending time thereof; 5) generating a GOOSE frame sequence and calculating ideal sending time of GOOSE frames; 6) calculating link occupation time of the SV frames and the GOOSE frames; 7) calculating actual sending time of the SV frames and the GOOSE frames; and 8) according to the ordered SV frames and the GOOSE frames as well as actual sending time thereof, generating a pcap file, and carrying out playback on the pcap file by utilizing a pcap file playback function of a digital relay protection tester.
