Abstract

The invention discloses a Tibetan medicine composition with antithrombotic effect. On the basis of a traditional eight-medicine aquilaria wood pill, addition and deletion of medicinal materials in a prescription for the pill are carried out so as to allow the pill to have improved prevention and treatment effect on thrombotic diseases. Results of in-vitro and in-vivo antithrombotic experiments show that the traditional Tibetan eight-medicine aquilaria wood pill has strong antithrombotic effect after deletion of olibanum and travertine and presents substantially improved antithrombotic effect after further addition of long pepper, Chinese asafoetida and the dried heart of Bosgrunnien Linnaens, especially after addition of betel nut, and the improved antithrombotic effect is obviously better than the effect of the traditional eight-medicine aquilaria wood pill.
