Problems solved by technology

[0002] The previous single-reservoir optimal dispatch of cascade reservoirs can realize the self-benefit of one reservoir or several reservoirs, but it is difficult to reflect the adjustment and compensation between the cascades, and it is impossible to maximize the benefits of the entire cascade
During the flood season, upstream reservoirs can bring benefits to downstream reservoirs by means of blocking storage peaks and shifting peaks, but there is also a risk of water abandonment in upstream reservoirs, and the enthusiasm for peak shifting scheduling is not high.
The traditional scheduling method is unfair to the upstream reservoirs, which is not conducive to the joint peak-staggered scheduling of cascade hydropower station groups

Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention more clearly, but not to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0017] Cascade reservoirs are reservoir groups arranged upstream and downstream of rivers and connected with each other. Compared with single reservoirs, cascade reservoirs are connected and compensated (hydrological compensation and storage capacity compensation) among each other. The connection between the cascade reservoirs is reflected in the fact that the upstream reservoir will change the time sequence of the inflow flow of the downstream reservoir during the operation process. The process of inbound flow tends to be flat. The compensation of cascade reservoirs is reflected in the fact that the storage capacity and regulating capacity of different reservoirs in the watershed are usually q...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for staggered optimal dispatching of a cascade reservoir group. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, when the reservoir inflow of incoming water is smaller than the fully-loaded flow of upstream and downstream reservoirs in a cascade reservoir group, carrying out power generation on each reservoir according to the inflow, and if redundant water yield is predicted, increasing the output of each reservoir in advance until the reservoir is fully loaded; 2, when flood is forecasted, increasing the output power generation of each reservoir in advance, carrying out full-load operation on the upstream reservoirs to reduce the water levels of the reservoirs to a dead water level threshold value and then empty the reservoir capacity, and when flood happens, closing the upstream reservoirs so as to back up the flood for the downstream reservoirs under the premise that the downstream reservoirs are fully loaded; 3, if the water levels of the upstream reservoir power stations rises to exceed a normal high water level and heavy rainfall is forecasted in N days, operating the upstream reservoirs for flood discharge; and 4, after the water levels fall, opening the upstream reservoirs to ensure that the downstream reservoirs are fully-loaded. According to the method disclosed by the invention, cascade hydropower station centralized dispatching management is adopted, so that optimal dispatching is realized and the electric quantity is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of optimal dispatching of cascade reservoir groups, in particular to a method for optimal dispatching of cascade reservoir groups with peak shifting. Background technique [0002] The previous single-reservoir optimal dispatch of cascade reservoirs can realize the self-benefit of one reservoir or several reservoirs, but it is difficult to reflect the adjustment and compensation between the cascades, and cannot realize the maximum benefit of the entire cascade. During the flood season, upstream reservoirs can bring benefits to downstream reservoirs by means of blocking storage and shifting peaks, but there is also a risk of water abandonment in upstream reservoirs, and the enthusiasm for peak shifting scheduling is not high. The traditional scheduling method is unfair to the upstream reservoirs, and it is not conducive to the joint peak-staggered scheduling of cascade hydropower station groups. Contents of ...
