Abstract

The invention belongs to a nuclear power station non-destructive testing, and particularly discloses an automatic ultrasonic scanning tool for collateral reactor pressure vessel flange hole belts. The tool comprises a connecting frame, and a stretchable assembly, an axial inspection assembly and a radial inspection assembly which are arranged on the connecting frame. The stretchable assembly, the radial inspection assembly and the axial inspection assembly are combined through the connecting frame, a stretchable air cylinder is connected with a stretchable assembly installation plate, the stretchable assembly installation plate and the connecting frame are fixed, the radial inspection assembly and the axial detection assembly are installed at the upper end of the connecting frame, and therefore the stretchable assembly enables the radial inspection assembly and the axial inspection assembly to stretch to the far end through the connecting frame. Meanwhile, a motor of the radial inspection assembly can drive a flange face axial scanning tray and a radial scanning tray to move at the same time, and complexity of an electrical system and a software system is reduced. The scanning tool can greatly shorten the inspection time of a pressure container.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the non-destructive testing technology of nuclear power plants, and in particular relates to an automatic ultrasonic scanning tool for non-destructive testing of threaded holes on the flange surface of nuclear reactor pressure vessels. Background technique [0002] The nuclear reactor pressure vessel threaded hole belt is located at the top of the pressure vessel, and several bolt holes are evenly distributed on it. During the operation of the pressure vessel, the top cover is buckled on it and fastened with bolts and nuts. The quality of the material properties between the bolt hole and the connection between the hole and the hole directly affects the fastening reliability of the pressure vessel and the top cover, and further affects the safety performance of the pressure vessel. According to the requirements of ARSM, regular non-destructive testing is required for the threaded holes of nuclear reactor pressure vessels. [00...
