The device comprises a supporting frame, a first supporting mechanism and a second supporting mechanism, wherein the bottom end of the supporting frame is connected with a bearing platform of an arch foot to be supported; a lower chord of the arch foot to be supported is connected with the supporting frame through the first supporting mechanism; and an upper chord of the arch foot to be supported is connected with the supporting frame through the second supporting mechanism. The first supporting mechanism in the bridge arch foot supporting device is connected to the lower chord of the arch foot to be supported, and the second supporting mechanism is connected to the upper chord of the arch foot to be supported; furthermore, the first supporting mechanism and the second supporting mechanism are both connected with the supporting fame, so that the arch foot to be supported is pre-buried through a rigid fixing measure to ensure that no displacement and deflection are caused on the angle and the position of the arch foot to be supported during crossing construction of the arch foot to be supported before civil engineering pouring, and the installation angle and locating coordinates are guaranteed; and moreover, the time for adjusting the arch foot to be supported is also saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
