The hybrid positioning algorithm comprises the steps that the CELLID of the cell in which a mobile station is located and the signal intensity indication of a nearby wireless access point are acquired to acquire the position range of the mobile station; a measurement value is acquired from the network side; based on a single base station multi-signal hybrid positioning algorithm geometric model, the minimum area of particle search is acquired; an objective function is constructed; an improved PSO algorithm is used to solve the objective function; and finally, an improved PSO algorithm based on the fitness dynamic adjustment inertia weight is used to solve the objective function.
