The seedling tray conveyor is connected to a transplanter, wherein the transplanter comprises a seedling ejection device; the seedling tray conveyor comprises a drive shaft, a transmission shaft and a conveyor belt; a plurality of seedling trays are connected to the conveyor belt; the drive shaft drives the conveyor belt to move through the transmission shaft; the seedling tray conveyor further comprises an equal-step tooth setting group and a variable-step tooth setting group connected between the drive shaft and the transmission shaft; the drive shaft drives the conveyor belt to move for an equal-step distance through the equal-step tooth setting group; and the drive shaft drives the conveyor belt to move for a variable-step distance through the variable-step tooth setting group. According to the seedling tray conveyor, equal-step driving of the seedling hole distance of a single seedling tray and unequal-step driving of the seedling hole distance between two adjacent rows of two seedling trays are completed by using the equal-step tooth setting group and the variable-step tooth setting group separately, so that the conveyor belt continuously conveys the trays; and furthermore, the conveyor is reliable in operation, convenient to repair and high in work efficiency.
