Abstract

The invention discloses a one-time forming mold for a steel box girder manhole stiffening rib. The one-time forming mold comprises an upper mold and a lower mold, wherein the upper mold is accommodated in the lower mold; the upper mold is connected to a pressure head of an existing pressure machine through a bolt; the bottom of the upper mold is of an arc-shaped structure which has the same radian with that of the stiffening rib; the lower mold is of a trapezoid structure; a U-shaped groove for manufacturing the stiffening rib is formed in the middle part of the lower mold; crescent gaps are formed in two ends of the inner side of the upper part of the U-shaped groove; circular steel rods are welded in the gaps; the circular steel rods can smoothly guide the stiffening rib into the U-shaped groove of the lower mold; and the circular steel rods can also keep a distance between the stiffening rib and the lower mold, so that a stiffening rib plate can be taken out conveniently. The mold disclosed by the invention can realize one-time forming and guarantee a smooth curve at a connection part; redundant welded lines between an arc section and a straight section can be reduced, so that welding deformation caused by the redundant welded lines is reduced.
