The optimal control method includes the steps that platform pile legs are grouped again, in the running process of the lifting system and in the allowed inclination range, when any pile leg gets close to the bolt position, the pile legs are grouped again by the control system according to the current pile leg positions, a control system monitors displacement of all pile leg lifting oil cylinders, the displacement difference of any two-pile or multi-pile oil cylinders is in the allowed range, two piles or multiple piles are grouped into one group which is recorded as the A group, and other pile legs are recorded as the mu group; and secondly, the lifting oil cylinders of all the pile legs are controlled to act, and synchronism of movement of the pile legs is ensured.
