The dump isolating valve is arranged on a first dump pipeline connected with main steam pipelines, and the main dump control valve and the auxiliary dump control valve are respectively arranged on two second dump pipelines connected with the first dump pipeline. A plurality of the dump devices are respectively connected with the main steam pipelines of a plurality of steam generators. After an accident occurs, the steam generator which is broken is isolated by controlling opening and closing of different valves, other steam generators exhaust for cooling and depressurizing, and then the broken steam generator is exhausted to lower secondary loop pressure to saturation pressure.
