Abstract

The invention proposes an overhanging device, comprising: a suspension plate, a first connection plate, a second connection plate, a connection assembly and a wire clamp, wherein the suspension plate is used for the connection with a power transmission tower; the first connection plate is connected with the suspension plate; the second connection plate is connected with the first connection plate through the connection assembly. The connection assembly and the second connection plate are in rotary connection. The wire clamp and the second connection plate are connected; and the wire clamp is used to have the ground wire clamped. According to the invention, the first connection plate and the second connection plate in the overhanging device are connected through a connection assembly, and in addition, the second connection plate and the connection assembly are in rotary connection, which means that the second connection plate can rotate relative to the first connection plate so as to drive the wire clamp to rotate. In this manner, the rotation flexibility of the wire clamp can be ensured. More particularly, in regions where the height difference is large or the ice load is severe, the outlet angle of the wire clamp can be controlled not to be greater than the designed value, therefore, avoiding the damage to the wire clamp due to the concentrated stress and ensuring the safe operation of the ground wire.
