Abstract

The invention provides a rear attachment type cable holder which enables multiple cables with different diameters to be held while enabling an original pedestal to be effectively utilized. The cable holder (10) is detachably installed on the pedestal (13) used for installing a portable recording device (11) to a digital camera (12). Cables such as a headset cable can be connected to the portable recording device (11) and are held by the cable holder (10). The cable holder (10) comprises an embedded fit part (41) and a second support part (42). The embedded fit part (41) is detachably embedded to a first support part (36) that can hold a first cable (37). The second support part (42) holds a second cable (38) has a diameter different from that of the first cable (37). Thus, multiple cables of different diameters can be held when the pedestal (13) is effectively utilized.
