The invention relates to an out-of-control emergency power-off protection device for an unmanned aerial vehicle, comprising a battery adapter and a control module, wherein the battery adapter comprises an insulating shell; the insulating shell comprises a shell body and an upper cover; a built-in male connector and a built-in female connector are mounted in the shell body; a lower clapboard is arranged between the built-in male connector and the built-in female connector; the positive and negative poles of the built-in male connector and the built-in female connector are isolated by the lower clapboard; a plurality of springs are vertically arranged in the shell body; two electric conductors are arranged on the upper cover and are isolated by an upper clapboard; when the upper cover is covered, two ends of the two electric conductors are respectively connected with a built-in male connector interface and a built-in female connector interface; one side of the upper cover is rotationally connected with the shell body, and an iron sheet is horizontally mounted at the outer end of the other side of the upper cover; an electromagnet is mounted at the outer side of the shell body; the control module comprises an out-of-control protector, a data transmission module and a single chip microcomputer which are connected in sequence; and the single chip microcomputer is connected with the electromagnet.
