Abstract

A proportional pressure controller includes a body having an inlet port, an outlet port and a discharge port. The fill valve is in communication with pressurized fluid in the inlet port. The dump valve is in communication with pressurized fluid from the fill valve. The inlet poppet is opened by pressurized fluid passing through the fill valve. When closed, the discharge poppet isolates pressurized fluid from the discharge port. When the inlet poppet valve is open, the outlet flow passage is in communication with pressurized fluid and with the outlet port and the discharge / outlet common passage. An isolation valve assembly selectively isolates fluid flow to and from the inlet port or the discharge port to achieve a zero pressure condition.
