The mutually-exclusive operating system includes power tongs, a control device and a linear driving mechanism; the linear driving mechanism is controlled by the control device so as to drive the power tongs to move linearly; the control device comprises a relay group; the relays of the relay group are sequentially connected with one another; each relay includes a common end, a normally closed end and a normally open end; under an initial state, the common end is conductively connected with the normally closed end; under the access of external control signals, the common end veers to be conductively connected with the normally open end; the common end of the relay which is arranged at the first place in the relay group is connected with a power source; an operator can control the power tongs through the remote control device so as to intuitively observe the position of the power tongs to adjust the power tongs; the operator can remotely control the operation of the power tongs, and therefore, safety accidents can be decreased; and the relay group is correspondingly arranged and connected in the operation system, so that mutually-exclusive operation can be realized, and misoperation can be avoided.
