The meeting general control module comprises a meeting control terminal and a corresponding general control quantum key machine. The general control quantum key machine and the quantum key machines at least access a quantum network. The general control quantum key machine and all the quantum key machines at least prestore network addresses and network accounts of all the quantum key machines and the general control quantum key machine. A point-to-point key pair comprising a first key and a second key grows between the general control quantum key machine and the quantum key machine of each video meeting module. A QKD technology and video communication are combined effectively, so that multi-party encrypted video communication is realized.
