The method comprises the steps of receiving at least two position messages uploaded by the vehicle-mounted terminal in a preset time period, wherein each position message is used for showing where the vehicle-mounted terminal is located at different time points; determining a driving message of the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the at least two position messages, wherein the driving message comprises at least one message of driving speed and driving direction; judging whether or not the driving message meets preset driving conditions; if the driving message doesn't meet the preset driving conditions, sending a prompt message for the vehicle-mounted terminal. In this way, when the driving message doesn't meet the preset driving conditions, the prompt message is sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal is capable of obtaining prompt, and safety potential risks can be removed as much as possible.
