Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic material supplementing device based on a linear vibrator. The automatic material supplementing device comprises a vertically-through bin shell, an upper cover plate covering the upper portion of the bin shell, and a bin bottom plate fixed to the lower portion of the bin shell. The bin shell is provided with an opening, a power button used for starting and stopping the device, and a power socket used for being connected with a power source. A material box is arranged in the bin shell, the upper end of the material box is opened, and the lower end of the material box is closed. A discharging port is formed in the lower end of the side face of the material box. The discharging port stretches out of an opening in the side face of the bin shell. The lower end face of the material box is connected to the upper end of the linear vibrator through a vibration adapter plate. The vibrator is provided with a control box, and the lower end of the linear vibrator is fixed to the bin bottom plate. According to the automatic material supplementing device, the linear vibrator is utilized for replacing a traditional motor, a traditional speed reduction box, traditional belt wheel transmission and other traditional assemblies, and therefore cost is greatly reduced; and due to the fact that material supplementing is conducted in a vibration manner, friction and abrasion in gear cases and other assemblies are eliminated, the service life is prolonged, and the feeding speed consistency and reliability are improved.
