The display panel comprises a light-emitting unit array substrate, a packaging substrate and at least one fingerprint identification unit, wherein each fingerprint identification unit comprises a common electrode, a second electrode, a PIN junction and a first electrode; the second electrode, the first electrode and the PIN junction form a photosensitive diode; the common electrode is electrically connected with the first electrode; the second electrode and the common electrode form a storage capacitor; the common electrode and/or the first electrode comprises a first body part and a first protruding part; the second electrode comprises a second body part and a second protruding part; and vertical projections, on a substrate, of the first protruding part and the second protruding part are overlapped and are both located between vertical projections, on the substrate, of two adjacent light-emitting units in a second direction.
