Abstract

The invention discloses a downlink resource allocation algorithm based on channel fluctuation perception under an LTE system. The algorithm is characterized by, to begin with, summarizing channel fluctuations of each user in a current RB to be allocated, and with current channel quality status of the user being combined, calculating a channel fluctuation influence factor phi; multiplying a dispatching index obtained based on a classical resource allocation algorithm by the channel fluctuation influence factor to obtain a dispatching index of the resource allocation algorithm based on channel fluctuation perception; allocating the RB to the user, the dispatching index of which is largest, and if residual transmission data of the user is not greater than transmission capacity of the RB, deleting the user from a dispatching queue after finishing RB allocation; and carrying out RB allocation one by one, and if the current time slot has no data to be transmitted, allocating the residual RB according to MAX C/I. The downlink resource allocation algorithm is based on the classical resource allocation algorithm and takes the user channel quality fluctuations into consideration, and thus system throughput and user video experience in the LTE system can be improved effectively.
