The self-dredging material conveying system comprises a stock bin, a hopper, a lower material conveying pipeline, an upper material conveying pipeline and a negative pressure fan, wherein the inlet end of the lower material conveying pipeline communicates with the hopper through a hopper outlet door, the outlet end of the lower material conveying pipeline communicates with the stock bin through a lower pipeline outlet door, and a pressure detector is arranged in the lower material conveying pipeline; the upper material conveying pipeline is arranged above the lower material conveying pipeline in parallel and communicates with the lower material conveying pipeline through a plurality of communication pipes, and the outlet end of the upper material conveying pipeline communicates with the stock bin through an upper pipeline outlet door; and the negative pressure fan communicates with the upper portion of the stock bin through a stock bin outlet pipeline, so that negative pressure air currents are generated in the lower material conveying pipeline and the upper material conveying pipeline.
