Abstract

The hydromechanical stepless transmission device comprises a hydraulic speed adjusting loop, a planetary division confluence mechanism, a hydromechanical fixed shaft gear transmission mechanism and a reverse gear mechanism. According to the transmission device, the planetary mechanism is adopted for converging hydraulic power and mechanical power and formed by connecting three hydromechanical sections in a division torque confluence speed power division flow, and the three hydromechanical sections are used for starting, low-speed operation and high-speed traveling correspondingly. A reverse gear comprises two hydromechanical sections. Circulating power does not exist in all the hydromechanical sections, and compared with a hydraulic force mechanical power gear shifting gearbox, the transmission device can obtain higher transmission efficiency.
