The method comprises the following steps: 1) based on disease data, basic health data of individuals, and genopathy associated features, obtaining key concepts in biomedical field ontologies; 2) referring to ontologies or database which already exists in the fields of biological information and medical information, looking up literature in related fields, analyzing data structure and data semantics; 3) using an intermediate expansion method, firstly obtaining partial concepts and relations from the fields, establishing an ontology rudiment, then, beginning from the ontology rudiment, continuously supplementing other concepts in the fields into the ontology rudiment; 4) defining relations and attribute of different concepts, and relations of the concepts and the attribute. Through the method, a biomedical ontology base integrating the high-throughput genotyping and clinical medical information is established, a more comprehensive health portrayal is provided for users, so as to provide reliable data guarantee for disease management and accurate prevention.
