The device for acquiring the RSRQ comprises a radio frequency antenna, a signal processor, at least one data selector and a measurer, wherein the radio frequency antenna is used for acquiring a receiving signal of a cell; the receiving signal comprises at least one reference signal; the signal processor is used for processing the receiving signal to acquire a plurality of candidate signals; the plurality of candidate signals have different bandwidths; the at least one data selector is connected with the signal processor; each of the at least one data selector is respectively used for selecting one to-be-measured signal from the lurality of candidate signals; and the measurer is used for acquiring the RSRQ on the basis of the to-be-measured signal. According to the device and the method which are provided by the invention, for different cases, different bandwidths of candidate signals can be selected, and in a suitable environment, a small bandwidth can be selected to measure the RSRQ and good measurement performance can be ensured, and thus, compared with an existing WB-RSRQ measurement method, the method is low in hardware cost and low in power consumption and has adjustable flexibility.
