Abstract

The invention discloses a method for optimizing the technological parameters of prestressed duct circulation grouting construction. The method includes the steps of establishing the geometric model of a prestressed duct according to the parameters of the prestressed duct; conducting mesh generation on the flow field of the prestressed duct, and establishing the calculation model of the prestressed duct; setting up numerical simulation calculation conditions according to material parameters, and calculating to obtain the simulation results of the circulation grouting construction of the prestressed duct; changing the parameters of prestressed duct and/ or the numerical simulation calculation conditions, obtaining multiple simulation results, and screening the construction parameters corresponding to the best simulation result. The method uses an analogue simulation technology to establish the prestressed circulation grouting model consistent with an actual system, simulate a circulation grouting process and optimize the technological parameters of the circulation grouting construction according to the simulation results after multiplicating simulation, thereby providing optimization guidance for the circulation grouting construction, and reducing grouting quality defects which likely appear in experienced construction in construction sites.
