The apparatus has the structural characteristics that one end of a thin-walled soil sampling device is a thin wall with a blade at its top end, which facilitates pressing of the thin-walled soil sampling device into a stratum; the interior of the thin-walled soil sampling device is cushioned with a circular soil ejecting plate; a spiral pushing rod passes through an internal thread hole in a loading platform and a central hole in a sampling plate and then contacts with the soil ejecting plate, and a soil sample in the thin-walled soil sampling device is ejected out by rotating the spiral pushing rod; and after the soil sample descends by a certain distance, sample cutting knives are used for cutting soil so as to obtain the standard sample applicable to geotechnical testing.
