Abstract

The invention provides a balanced energy consumption routing method of a controllable cluster scale. The method comprises the following steps: voting a cluster head through residual energy of a cluster head candidate node, link quality (LQL) between the cluster head candidate node and other cluster member nodes and the degree of the cluster head candidate node; step 2, adding a common sensor node to the cluster head by using a virtual gravitation method to form a cluster so as to control the cluster scale; and step 3, designing a next hop cost selection function of the cluster head to balance the energy consumption of the cluster head node in the network, wherein the routing between the cluster heads adopts a link routing protocol. The invention provides a balanced energy consumption routing protocol of the controllable cluster scale, and the protocol fully considers the load balance during cluster head voting, cluster scale control and cluster head routing. Therefore, the balanced energy consumption routing method is of great importance for the research of the main difficulty of node load imbalance of the wireless sensor network routing.
